Soundtrack Your Brand is a Spotify-backed company that offers music streaming services for businesses. We have about 100 co-workers with a passion for changing how brands and businesses use digitally distributed music on a global scale. Among our customers are some of the world’s largest and most exciting brands as well as your local hairdresser around the corner. We believe that music itself profoundly influence consumers' experience and behavior. We have repeatedly proven this in our research and as thought leaders in in-store music research, we try to educate the world about the impact of music.

We’re now looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to help us partner with some of the biggest brands in the world on our mission to kill bad background music.

You will be part of the Growth Team whose main responsibility is to set and deliver a scalable growth vision for Soundtrack Your Brand’s global expansion. You will report to our team based in Stockholm and collaborate with the local sales and support organizations in key markets. This is a chance to join a high-growth company early on and grow together with us.

The Role

You will work towards our enterprise segment and close deals (€30k+ ARR) with large international brands. Your sales territory will be all countries excluding Northern America and therefore proficiency in Swedish will not be a requirement to be successful in this role. Your pipeline will be generated via a combination of supporting channels but you should not be afraid of doing outbound prospecting via our Sales Engagement Platform, Outreach. To date, most of our success within the enterprise segment has been in North America, so you will be critical in helping develop the foundations of a strong enterprise team to based in our Stockholm headquarters.

You will be navigating large enterprise organisations and in doing so will partner with our Deployment and Customer Success teams to ensure that our client's expectations are managed throughout the entire process up until customer success. You’ll be working alongside two other distinct sales channels (Online & Partner) and continuously strive to improve cooperation between the channels with company growth being the core objective.

As you will be working towards international brands, the role will require occasional travel for qualified onsite presentations.

Required Experience

  • At least 3 years experience in a closing role at a SaaS company with a strong track record
  • Minimum 2 years experience within enterprise sales
  • Experience in managing the completion of enterprise level compliance checks and other RFP related exercises
  • Previous experience working internationally
  • English fluently (Swedish is not required)
  • Part of a team shaping the future of our Sales team and our sales methodology
  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach or Salesloft
